I am at a loss where to go. Keep jumping from one place to the other.

Would like a villa or a very nice hotel.

Hotel should have a good Spa/Childcare if possible.

Under 5 hour flight.

Budget: Generous (relatively).

Need some inspiration!

i think Carlise Bay in Antigua looks lovely - it has a complementary kids club from 2-12 (you can pay for younger ones though) the flight might be too long? (8 hrs i think)

Elounda Beach in Crete also has spa and childcare i think.

Princesa Yaiza, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Thalasso spa, pre-bookable nannies/kids club/babysitting

4 hour flight and 30 min transfer

all rooms are suites - up to 2 beds plus lounge, kitchenette and bathroom

book with sovereign

Madeira. good climate all year round, really friendly, lots of hotels with kids clubs and lovely pools. Reids is the swankiest, Cliff Bay is also really nice.

Latchley - been to Madeira! It is lovely though.

Cyprus is very nice that time of year. The Four Seasons in Limassol is very family friendly. The Columbia Beach resort in Pissouri has a very nice spa and lovely rooms.

A friend of mine recommends the Sani Resort in Halkidiki, Greece.

La Palma Princess, La Palma Canaries. Hire a car when you get there. Not overly flash, but lots of lovely swimming pools. Buffet meals to keep everyone happy. We've never done a resort hotel and couldn't have been happier.
