Quick, help! Checking in online - Delta to NY.

Flight just opened and tried to check in but was denied for visa requirements. With UK passports we do not need visas and we have applied and received confirmation for ESTA. Any suggestions?

Eelta seems a bit weird - cannot find number to call. there is the email option which ive done but dont know when answer will come.

Did you already give them your passport info etc? Have you double checked it?

Thanks Eldon, the number on their website was not working - I just called them with yours and they say it's a random thing where some people are denied!!

Perhaps they are wanting the API (advanced passenger information). This is separate from ESTA and what the airline itself has to provide to the USA. It will ask details like name, date of birth and passport number.
