We have just joined the Natioanl Trust and have not yet recieved the book that lists all the NT places to visit.

We are going to London next WE (central) but can widen the the visits to the Thames valley or to interesting Places on the way there/back home. We are Travelling from the North West.

We have 4 DCs between 10 and 2yo.

Any recommendations?

thank you very much!

Which way are you going down?
Bidulph grange(near Congleton) is good for kids and Sudbury hall museum of childhood is worth a visit.
Look on the website...you can find maps there.

May be a bit out of your way (though depends on how you get to London, as this is near the M40).
At Waddesdon Manor they have aviaries in the garden, plus children's playground.
