Have a look here. Typical French posh hotel - children are welcome. Same at the best French restaurants, even for dinner.

What about somewhere with a club-med. That way you get childcare/child activities and grownup stuff too.

Also if you stay there you aren't far from Angelina's on Rue de Rivoli - best hot chocolate anywhere.
