Euro Disney- do they have offers all year round? would it be a nightmare taking a new born baby? what month is best to go? please help

Depends what you mean by offers. There is currently one for under 7 's until November but under 3's stay and get into the park free anyway. However adults normally have to pay under occupancy charges. I assume you have older dc as would be compeletely wasted on a newborn and there aren't many quiet indoor places just to sit and feed. Early June or late September might be quieter with decent weather
