Car seat Dilemma - 3 in a row required

Hello,
I have three car seats for ages two weeks, 17 months and three years.

We bought a 7-seat Nissan Pathfinder thinking it would be more than big enough to accommodate all three in the middle row but unfortunately it's too tight a squeeze - they just about fit but cannot be quickly released in an emergency.

Does anyone know of a car that can fit a Maxi-Cosi group 0 ((Isofix) & two Britax Evolva 123s? Preferably with 7 seats?

We're now looking at the Citroen C8 or Grand Picasso as they have individual seats and anything with a bench seems too narrow.

We had same problem, had a skoda octavia with them all in a row in the back (but can't remember seat brands - one was a Rhodi I think.
Then a Ford Galaxy.
Now a Volkswagon Transporter.
I am not joking.

We also had the same problem. We have a Ford S Max and can now get 3 seats in a row comfortably. It's not bad to drive either!!

the britax seats are quite wide, we're getting rid of ours and putting ds1 into a narrower seat so we can fit 3 acrss.

if you want a 7 seater though then just put them in separate rows surely???

Unfortunately, Nissan does not advocate children in the front or rear seats - for optimum safety, they recommend middle row only.

Thnks for all the info, we'll take a look at the S-Max.

ahh i see.
anyway, if it's any help we're getting a volvo v70 after much research on here and the rest of the internet!
as I say though, the evolva 1-2-3 is going, but ds1 is over 4 now so can have one just with a seatbelt which seem to be narrower

It's just about possible to squeeze 3 car seats in a VW Touran. S-Max is probably easier though. We've got a Merc Viano which is a 7 seater and easily swallows 3 seats!
