I want an Alton Towers package with 2 nights stay in a hotel/cottage etc....can anyone recommend? I want it to be really special...please help!

My poor dd has just got over a hospital stay for eczema and will be having 4 back teeth out the first week of easter, so I want to treat her!
Ive looked at a few but I really dont know the area and im rubbish at making decisions!
Cant afford Alton towers hotel!!

Nixz - how close do you want to be to Alton Towers? Are you driving or coming on the train.

Im driving, i live off junction 27 on the M6. Its an easy drive, I just wanted the hotel to make it more of an adventure.
Id like to be quite close to Alton Towers.

If you're coming down the M6 then you'll be pretty much passing this hotel but it's still a 20/25 minute drive to Alton Towers from there. Or there's a Premier Inn at Uttoxeter which is a little bit closer. There are a fair few good B&Bs in Alton Village if you Google and the nearest slightly bigger towns are Cheadle, Leek and Ashbourne. [[http://www.chainedoak.com/ This one gets good reviews] and this one is right on Alton Towers main gate. Are you going to go to Alton Towers on both days?

You may have booked by now, but Lastminute have some Alton Towers offers with 2 day passes and one nights hotel. A selection of hotels close by on their site come up in price order.
