Can anyone recommend an apartment or house to let in Mar Menor area?

We need a 2 or 3 bedroom place (2 couples and 2 babies) for a week (18-25 April) and have booked flights to Murcia, just need the accommodation now! Can anyone recommend? Ideally near to restaurants (prefer Spanish!), beach (prefer Mar Menor!) and with a pool to use.

He has two town houses on a 5 star luxury resort. It is £250 a week. Play area, restaurants, pools, spas, health centre, supermarket with deliveries, golf, 10 mins murcia airport, 15 mins mar menor!
