Heated swimming pools in family resort

Planning a trip for early summer-preferably a hotel type complex, but I loathe cold water and do not want a beautiful looking pool that is freezing cold. Can anyone recommend a family type resort anywhere in Europe with some decent heated outside pools?

Anyone? Surely there must be a heated outdoor pool in a family hotel somewhere in Europe?

Sorry to say, but all the hotels I go to have the saame freezing pool. i feel the same I hate going in when it is cold
