Visiting Granny this weekend. Any events happening anywhere?

Slimbridge! If you like ducks - it's lovely for children and nice easy walkways. Also v. good restaurant!

Now that's an idea if the weather's good.

Anyone else local can suggest anything?

Erm ... I can't remember where Gloucester is! But my boys always loved Cotswold Farm Park ... it's in Gloucestershire, so it can't be that far from Gloucester, can it? It always seemed to be way further West than we expected every time we visited. They'll have lambs there atm.

Prinknash abbey - kids & old folk love it! Can feed Deer, fish and birds.

Hi Roisin, It's a good bit further north, Granny lives south west of Gloucester, on the welsh border.

I want to go National Trusting, but no properties in that locale, they are all cotswolds or further south. Thanx for the thought tho'

BTW Must find a way to have a long talk with you about your ds1, who sounds very similar to my ds, about schools and G&T strategies.

Symonds Yat? (sp) Clearwell caves, Ross on Wye etc... Not too sure on that area! Have fun wherever you end up!

Hi Easy! I've emailed you!

roisin · 21/04/2005 11:12

OK I haven't emailed you! The address I had was an old swap hotmail one, and it's bounced back.

If you still have my address feel free to email me, or CAT me if you haven't.

Roisin

Easy · 21/04/2005 11:35

Roisin, I have Catted you (Hey a new verb) with my address.

I'm not supposed to be here, should be working.

OP posts:

But how should the new verb be declined ... CATd, CATed, CATted, catted, CATTED?!
Can you tell I'm bored?
I shouldn't be on here either, I'm supposed to be doing a job application
