well if you are crazy ranirani then so am I!
My DS is 6 weeks old and in just over a week we are flying to Malaysia. We are in the Middle East at the moment so not as far as from UK as a 1.5 hour flight to Dubai then around 3 hours on the ground then around 7 - 8 hour flight to KL. Will have our other 3 children with us (aged 15, 12 and 2.5) so are hoping the older ones will help.

Have flown quite a few times when the older ones were younger but not quite this young. Hopefully you'll book with an airline that has skycots/bassinets which will mean at least you can put your LO down.

Also, make sure you are fully prepared with regards to formula etc and have enough for the flight allowing for delays. When DC1 was 4 months we took him on holiday but had a 6 hour delay and ran out of formula! I make sure I'm better prepared now.
I hope you decide to go and have a fab hol x

Took our DS to Vancouver for hols when 8weeks. Done a fair bit of travelling since with him and in my opinion it is easier flying with a baby than a toddler!

Try and book the bulkhead seats as this should mean you will get a sky cot / bassinet for baby. You can then have hands free during the flight but not on take off /landing

Try and feed during take off and landing to help the ear popping. ( take more formula if using than you think you need!)

Take familar gro-bag /blanket to put in sky cot too and try to arrange with airline to take pushchair up to boarding gate in case of delays and to hold all the baby stuff on pram handles!
