mners in Norwich, advice please!

dh and ds are going to a match at Carrow Road on Saturday. It'll probably take them at least 4 hours to drive so they could do with finding a nearby park for some fresh air and for ds to run off some energy.

Are there any parks nearby and if not can you recommend anywhere else?

wierdly not much in the way of parks in norwich, but then its not that big and the countryide is lovely.
the cathedral has some green space.
chapelfield gardens a small park by one of the big shopping centers where i spent way to much time as a teenager with cans of cider.
