What am I going to feed my 11-month-old at Princess Yaiza in Lanzarote?

Hi - me, dh and 11-month ds are off to the Princess Yaiza for a week in March. We're in a one-bed suite so have a microwave and fridge. I assumed I would just take a few Plum Pots for my ds but since then have discovered he doesn't really like jars of baby food. Obviously our hotel room is not geared up to cook meals for him and we are just staying there b and b. Do they do a baby/toddler lunch or tea at the hotel? He could manage on a bit of finger food but would he be ok having this for both lunch and dinner rather than his usual "meals" (lamb casserole, spag bol, chicken casserole)

Maybe you could find one of those small mouli blenders - handheld/operated grinder that would make any meal you have OK for DS?

And you can always cook potatoes/rice/vegetables in the microwave and feed him before you go out ?
