Tell me about Fuengirola - thinking of hiring an apartment in this area

What is there to do for me and hubby and 4 yr old?

Hi there, I live just along the coast from Fuengirola so can probably help.

Sounds like its not quite the heart of Fuengirola you are looking at though due to the distances you mention and the need for a car.

What kind of holiday are you looking for? if it is more a beach holiday then I'd suggest getting closer to the beach. There are some play areas for kids in Fuengirola and the zoo is fabulous but the city itself is very built up and very 80s.

That said there are some lovely places to go around there depending on what you are after. I live in an old fishing village about 10 mins away from Fuengirola. It has got bigger over the years but still has a lot of its charm plus has all the mod coms including a great beach and play areas for kids.
