I recall a recommendation some time ago for a camping parc somewhere in Europe, perhaps France? Italy? that looked really nice. The feature I recall most was that there was a lovely walk through a forest/wood to the beach. Does anyone know which place I am talking about. Have trawled through Keycamp and Eurocamp and it hasnt strirred up any recollections for me so maybe not one of those. Sorry i cant be more specific. Hope someone can help

yes it makes it look more butlins than it is. But they do have most entertaining " animation" in the evening that we saw a coulpe of times.

The keycamp chalets are way out of the noise zone though. Great shop, great resturant, in fact you wouldnt NEEd to leave if you didnt want to.

I have looked at it on various websites and I have to say its not ringing any bells. I think the one I was after seemed a bit smarter and perhaps smaller and quieter. I definitely remember looking at a website and seeing a picture of families walking through the woods which hasn't turned up on any of the links for La Rive that I have looked at. Any other suggestions. It may not be in France or Italy, I know thats probably not very helpful!
