House Exchange

Hi

Has anyone done a house exchange recently? We're looking to exchange our 4 bed London terrace with somewhere in the USA and wondered whether anyone could recommend a good agency or had any general tips?

We have used Intervac for swaps to France and Spain, and they have been good.

Sorry - yes, they do have lots of swaps available in the US
