It's raining, it's pouring ... sun in March for a toddler?

Can anyone please recommend somewhere to go with a restless 2 year old in March for a bit of sun?

Canary's we love lanzarote and feut as nice and breezy so great for walks, playing in the sand etc. Last went the week before christmas, was fab! We've been before in march and has been lovely, my dd is now 2 and a month.

Thanks carrielou - any particular resorts?

We love Jandia in Feute, Barcelo and Riu both lovely (you know what you're getting with both brands!) lovely windswept beaches though fairly quiet. Corraleco is also lovely lovely.

Playa Blanca in Lazarote again fairly quiet though not very much beaches. Costa Teguise fine for families but bit more like Butlins iykwim. Purto del carmen gorgous beach and views but more couples/singles.

We tend to go AI always plenty of choice for dd, though if you prefer self catering also tons of choice.

Went last summer thnk it was called costa calleta (not sure on that bit) in Feut very very quiet even in august but great as only 10 mins from airport and a lovely harbour area.

Hey, just back this morning from disneyland paris (fabbi but very cold!)

I tend to book with first choice. I tried thomas cook once and was not impressed. We do it online and for some reason a tuesday evening is always cheaper. Same holiday can go down in price for some odd reason on a tuesday evening then go back up again on weds!

We really liked Barcelo and Riu hotels in Jandia, both very clean, great food and facilities and lots of lovely walks. it tends to be cloudy until 11ish then go off again 4ish so more walking then and is a bit chilly in the evenings but very warm - defo slather yourselves in sun lotion!! Enjoy!!
