I'm just wondering whether to ask my gp for something like that. However, I don't want it to knock me out so much that I can't look after dd. Can anyone tell me what they were prescribed and what effect it had?
Thanks

yes I am usually prescribed lorazepam when I fly.
it's really nice, you take a tablet about an hour before take-off and tbh when i take them I never really notice much, but I am really relaxed and don't freak out at all lol

the first time I took them they wore off when we were nearing our destination and I totally freaked out about how high we were and everything and I had been fine up until then.

I didn't take them at all last time as I was triyng to be brave and i had a major freak-out on boarding the plane because the wings were too small

so, they work for me, I feel totally normal and fine, but i just don't get so anxious and worried
