Hi,
DH has work in Plymouth at start of last week in May, and has suggested I go down with DD (who will be 5 months) to join him for long weekend and return visit to Heligan.
Do you have any suggestions for self catering places to stay in this area (am thinking length/days of stay may be tricky to find), bearing in mind this will probably be our first overnight trip away with little one!
Thanks,
Jo x
PS Is that week Half term hols?

Unfortunately it's half-term and a bank holiday as well. Bumping for suggestions.

Try this, you can search on region and availability - we have a holiday home that we let through them so know that their star ratings are fairly accurate. Most places won't want to offer a short break during "peak season" though.

You might have better luck with a B&B!

Our place is not far from Heligan but is four bedrooms so probably more than you need.

Actually, I do know a nice farmhouse B&B fairly near, the rooms are in a barn conversion so almost like self catering. The couple who own are parents/grandparents themselves so I guess they would be baby friendly. I can dig out a link to their website if you like?

This is it, looks like they've added self catering since we stayed there. It is fairly remote, nearest pub for evening meals is about 2 miles away.
