If I were to be ridiculously extravagant and spend money we don't have on a eurostar break where should I go?

I'm living in a fantasy world for a moment.
dhs birthday next weekend and he has friday off as does dd.
Can anyone recommend a quick and easy break on a eurostar to somewhere nice yet affordable that I could book in secret if I could overcome my guilt?

Not to worry, I had a lovely bath instead
