Self-catering recommendations in northern france

We hope to holiday abroad this year for the first time since ds1(5) & ds2(3) were born. We are looking for somewhere in northern france - plan to drive/ferry it. Convenient for the beach - a short drive is fine. Not a caravan. A quiet holiday park is fine.

Thanks.

Have a look here Plenty of info on the website, but let me know if you have any more questions...we had lots of satisfied MN'ers last year! Discount on Brittany Ferries as well....

It looks lovely! and an area I had never considered before.

Will have to spur DH into action now...

Ooh I stayed at Jenpet's gite for two weeks last year, it's fab! Nicest gite we've ever stayed in plus it had a bath which not all gites do and my boys are shower phobic so it was great. It's only a short drive to the beach, plus Jenpet and Mr Jenpet are lovely and very welcoming. I'd say go for it, you'll have a lovely time.
