Want to find the cheapest place to book flights, we are looking at going away in sept to fuerventura, when is best to book the flights? are when is best to be looking?

I use kayak.co.uk to find the cheapest flights. You can ask it to email you every day with the current prices on a specific flight.

They don't sell tix themselves, though.
