Checklist for travelling with 5month old?

I'm travelling to Lanzarote on Sunday with DD1(7), DD2(2) and DD3(5mths0. Unfortunately I'm really unorganised and crap at remembering things so I want to write a checklist to make sure that I don't forget anything! Anyone want to let me know what they'd put on their lists? Or any tips for travelling with 3 monsters DCs would be much appreciated

Swimming cossies - should be warm in Lanzarote.

Are you breast or bottle feeding? You can but microwaveable sterilizing bags for bottles, but seem to remember they're not that big...

Remember activities for the plane - something familar and something new that you know they will like!!

Car seats? (Maybe - depends on what you are doing about travelling around)

you need to decide what you need re monitors, stair gates, cot bed etc depends if already offered at your accomodation. Travelling with 3 chn means you need to travel light!
