Can anyone suggest going somewhere in Europe with a 3 year old and 1 year old in Feb!?

What is there to do? any experiences?

Bruges is lovely and easy to get to - things to do (as well as just wandering round admiring how beautiful it all is) - parks and playgrounds, horse and carriage ride, look at Lake of Love with lovely swans, chocolate museum, chip museum!, visit amazing Käthe Wohlfahrt shop and lovely boat trip along the canals.
