I'm thinking of booking to go to Lykia World in mid-September.

I was wondering about the kids club as DD will be a two weeks off her third birthday when we go. I see that Lykia run a creche for under threes, but I'm worried that she might be a bit bored if it's geared up for looking after babies rather than toddlers. The other kids club is for 3 - 6 year olds and I'd be a bit concerned about her being thrown in with older, more boisterous children.

Has anyone else been with a similar aged child and could put my mind at rest?

TIA

Went to Lykia World last May with a 2,5 and 9 year old - it was a briliant holiday. The kids club activities are very varied, the baby club 0-3 is located in its own club house with mini pool, gated and very secure. The next group from age 3-6 is also based in the club house but they do go around the complex and although they were well looked after there did not seem to be a limit on how many children could attend, often large groups of children to few adults. There is a very detailed timetable of activities at reception so you could always just let your dd join the ones you thought suitable age wise. The 3-6 group didn't seem boistrous as the older ones were probably joining in the next age group up. Our brave 5 year old cried at the thought of kids club so the 3 year old going was pointless and the 9 year old took part in activities if and when she wanted to. We had a fantastic time!
