Castle hotel in scoltland

Has anyone stayed in a castle hotel in Scotland. Want somewhere remote, good with Kids, beautiful - thinking Monarch of the Glen!!!

Cameron House Hotel on the shores of Loch Lomond is nice. Not that remote though.

Ardanaiseig is lovely. More a country house hotel rather than castle but beautiful location right on the banks of Loch Awe. Has something like 100 acres of woodland gardens, they will take you out on a boat on the loch too to their own private island.

Barony Castle is pretty nice. It has free bike hire (incl helmets), swimming pool, an assault course and nice walks in and around the grounds. The surrounding area is lovely to explore and steeped in history.
