Where to go outside the Eurozone?

Now the Pound is worth less than one Euro, we want to holiday outside the Euro-zone. We are thinking about a holiday home exchange in New England - anyone any experience of this? Otherwise any ideas of family friendly hotels/places outside the Eurozone for the school summer hols? We have a 7 and a five year old...

parents just come back from the states, was really expensive. i would wait till the dollar goes up to 1.70+ if ever. we have just got back from thailand, last year 60 bhats thais yeat 43. huge difference, nothing is cheap anymore.
