Europe in April with a 19 month old - where? Suggestions please!

We've only been away in the UK with our toddler daughter, but I'm desperate for some sunny weather, so want to go somewhere short haul in April. Where would be good given her age and how do you manage on flights?? Thanks

Have alook at some of the campsites in Spain or Italy - can recommend around venice. Loads to do on sites and the local public transport is FAB!!!! It's perfect for young kids and you'll enjoy the food and venice!! We stayed here but there are others closer to Venice - try keycamp, Eurocamp, Selectcamp etc.
