That's what I reckon cod - it's the only train(s) that will get them down there in one day.

I could do Birmingham Int'l as its only 10 mins away but couldnt do Birmingham New Street

bluesky · 24/03/2005 20:19

it goes straight down from Glasgow, the one afterwards stops at Birmingham, Preston and Plymouth and takes an hour longer.

bensmum3 · 24/03/2005 21:11

Anyone want to do Bristol with me?

AuntyQuated · 25/03/2005 07:47

wish i could join, but they are both school days, nearest station is Preston and it wouldn't give me enough time to get back to school pick-up.

AuntyQuated · 25/03/2005 08:42

chatee , they will have been on the train for 7 hours

bensmum3 · 25/03/2005 08:47

Cod you are so kind, I guess I'll need to rip up a red petticoat too to wave out the window at every station !Although maybe it shouldn't be red as the guards might think we need help.
My children are dd 10, ds 7 and ds 21 months,I'll make them little flags so they can wave them at all the stations.
