Gift idea for someone travelling on a coach for 3 months...

Any of you travellers out here got a nice idea for my best mate who is travelling for 3 months with her dp to South America on a coach with loads of people.
I would imagine it'll need to be small and practical, I already got her some travel pillows and I was thinking to get her a little bit of practical pampering.
She only really likes organic stuff with no chemical.

Any ideas please? I never travel :S

Flight socks.

Wet wipes (or some flannels).

Burt's Bees do little travel sets with lip balm, hand cream etc, all good for coaches (those little blower things can be very drying, if they ever work )

Evian water spray - not magicool as it tastes of soap when you get it on your face.

Some of that nonwash handgel stuff. And immodium. Very important. Also for 3mths, I'd get some packets of favourite hardboiled sweets as well.

for me it would be lip balm and my fave pillow,

lightweight blanket and comfy socks

sounds mad, I know but ime coaches in Latin America are inevitably fiercely air conditioned so you get on in summer clothes and then find you are freezing after a few hours on coach.
