Learning new skills with a one year old

Ds will soon be 1, and I've gone the SAHM route for various reasons not up for discussion here.

There are so many lovely activities in London that I can do with Ds and I enjoy them, galleries, zoos, endless parks. But... are there any that involve the parent learning a new skill eg. learning French, singing in a choir etc... where I can still attend to him and it not be an issue?

Am I the only one who longs for an parent focused activity that doesn't revolve around soft play and drinking tea? Although maybe that could be going on at the same time?

Please tell me where, if there is such a thing going on!
