Entertainment on 2 hour flight

Hi All - my husband and I are flying to Spain for Christmas. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to entertain my 19months ds? I am fantasising about there being a toy that is cheap, quiet, small and fantastic for a 19 month old boy and will shut him up for two hours. I wish. We'll have a 3 month old with us too but I'm not worried about him. He doesn't wriggle and writhe and sing the theme to Ballamory at the top of his voice. He loves the harmonica but I don't think that's gonna please the other passengers! Any advice, much appreciated. Thank you.

Pack him his own little bag to carry on board and fill it with a set or crayons/pens, a small colouring book, some stickers, a couple of new stories, a couple of snacks nad perhaps a new car or other small toy the will interest him and let him rummage around. If you are having a meal on the plane that will keep him occupied for 1/2 hr or so and teh excitement of taking off/landing will occupy another 20 mins - a trip to the loo and that's the flight over!! Good luck.
