Which Algarve resort would you choose for my family (DH, DD (9), DS(5), DS(3) for July 09?

I would definitely recommend Lagos. We have been there a few times. Stunning beaches, but beware of cold sea as the Algarve is on the Atlantic Ocean!!!

A lovely marina, loads of great restaurants. Plenty to do, yet still retains Portugese charm. We loved it.
