Is it suitable? Is it nice? We have been offered a 2 wk houseswap in August, and I should let them know. Any illumination? Thanks.

Yes!!

We loved it. We stayed near Kinvarra when dd was 18 months. It depends what you're into but it is good for walks, pub lunches, nice museums, Cliffs of Moher, Burren, Galway city centre is nice.

Yes went to Galway with my dd last September for 2 weeks. She was 11 months old then. It was fabulous, people very, very friendly and I loved Galway and the surrouding area. We had great weather as well. I'd thoroughly reccomed it!
