You have to fly to Kefalonia then get boat transfer.

You'll have to check with the tour operator, or ferry operator if you doing it yourself. Do take into account that it is not just how long the actual transfer is, but also how often and what time the crossings are etc. There may be an option of private boat taxi transfer.

Many years ago I went to Paxos from Corfu, the ferry crossing itself was about 3 hours, but the wait at the port for the ferry beforehand was 6 hours!

The crossing from Kefalonia was very short, about 30 minutes or less I think. Ithaca is beautiful, very very pretty and unspoilt.
