Anyone know the Craven Arms in Enbourne / Newbury?

Trying to find a place family can all meet which is midway between us all.
It looks ok on internet, wondering if anyone knew it properly so to speak?
Is it child-friendly?
Food OK?
Or any better recommendations?

You could try the Bunk in Curridge. That's child-friendly and food is pretty good. Sun in the Wood is another VERY child friendly place with extensive menu. Food pretty good
