Florida villa required - recommendations please!

Hi,

We are going to Florida in April and our villa has just fallen through due to the economy problems. It was a friends villa so we knew it was going to be nice and now we have to look for something else as our flights are already booked.

Can anyone recommend somewhere nice that they have stayed? We need ideally 5 bedrooms as there are 9 of us (4 adults and 5 children) although we could probably manage with 4 nedrooms and a sofa bed. We would also want the cilla to have a private pool.

We don't mind being up to 20-30min drive from Disney but the closer the better.

We'd be looking to pay between £350 - £450 per week.

Mumoverseas - Thanks for that. I will get in touch with Yvonne to see if she can help. we have 2 boys 8 and 3 so maybe Cinderellas Castle a bit girly for them! Gosh good luck with dc No 4! We have waited til ds 2 is a bit older before going to Disney (last went to when I was pregnant in 2005) but visit Florida every year but nearer Fort Lauderdale as we have family close by! Think ds2 should be tall enough now for a lot more rides as we have another adrenaline junkie in our family so he will not want to be left out!

hi webwoman, what a shame our house is booked then. I'm pretty sure your boys would have loved the Minnie & Mickey themed room. we were out there last summer when DD was 21 months old and she was a little too young to appreciate it. Needless to say, no sooner did we get back here then she discovered playhouse disney and is now obsessed with Mickey and Minnie. We can't get out to the villa til next year now so have just last night booked to go to Eurodisney for a few days. Bloody annoying that it is costing more for one family room for us for 3 days than our 4 bed villa for 2 weeks!
