A few questions?

If you have applied for a passport for a previous child and its been accepted and yout then realise you have made a mistake on the aplication, what do you? Tell them straight away or wait til you renew it or what?

If you need to apply for a passport for a subsequent child after making a mistake on a previous childs passport and you haven't notified them of the mistake on the previous do you just put the right info on the next application and not bother telling about the previous error or are they likely to cross check so you need to tell them?

If you have changed your name by a deed poll and since found out that it was not a recognised company even tough they said they were reognised by passport agency but have now since changed name again do you still tell them the name that was apparently not legal?

confused emotion....

You have changed your name - and that of your first child? both passprts are in your new name

you now have another child and want to get them a passport - only they have a new name you now know is not legal?

sorry very sleep deprived

When first childrens births registered wrong place of birth was put down for one of the parents so this info was put on childrns passport forms when we realised birth cert was wrong we told registrar they said as it was still the right country it didnt mstter so it wasnt changed.

when subsequent children biorn all details on birth certs were right so when we apply for their passports the info wont be the same as on the previos children passports

Also my name has changed by deed poll just after marriage the deed poll compnay seem to no longer exist presumably as their deed polls were not actually any good. I am about to change my name again so do i just change my name back from first name to new name, or from my second name to new name

If you have two children born in timbuck too and then the next children born in sidmouth that would be ok - children can be born in diferent places so that shouldn't be a problem - just keep the details of each birth certificate in line with each passport application.

Changing your name - you can do this through a solicitor, so this may be the way to go and at the same time aske them what you ask here which name to which name? They should be able to sort out what neam you want and make you legal and offical - then get your passport in that name aswell.

Dont foget to get any life insurance, endowments, etc changed aswell.

its the parents place of birth that was wrong, you know when you register a birth they ask where the parents were born and then on passport application they ask for each parents place of bith, date of birth, date of marriage etc

none of the births registered jointly, so info wasn't checked with other half, wrong city put down for one parent, last 2 children registered by other parent, correct info put on
