I've just booked sunparks direct with them and have been asked to pay by bank transfer in Euros to a UK bank account. I've emailed them to ask if there is any other way to pay but they are not replying- which worries me. My bank Natwest are incapable of paying a uk bank in euros, they can only pay sterling to a uk bank or euros to a foreign bank!!! Has anyone else managed to pay fro a sunparks holiday and are they a genuine company?
I know other mn have used sunparks so I would be grateful to hear hoe anyone booked.
