Anyone ever stayed at teh Woogo apartments, central park, nyc?

Just read some dire reviews on Trip Advisor, unfortunately after I'd just booked! Anyonw have any information more recent than October 2007?
Should I cancel? There's no obvious link on the site. And if so, how do I do it and be sure that my credit card will be refunded?

I'd talk to your credit card company in the first instance; have you paid it all in advance?. Going by other people's experiences of this lot you may not get all your money back.

BTW if you want somewhere that is nice to stay in I would recommend the Salisbury House hotel on West 57th St.

Thanks, Attila - just trying to check it out but their availability facility is not working at the moment. But I'm also trying to locate places with family suites - not easy.
I think it'd be relatively easy to cancel the cockroach place - have found a page on the internet that facilitates cancellations. Just wondering if I should chance it though.
