For an 8 month old so nothing too adventurous - just be good to get a place for her where she can roll around and practice standing without injury!

There's a soft play area at the Peckham Pulse.. it's a bit grubby but the babies seem to like it!
Can't find a link to the actual place, sorry, but am sure you can google it.

I know Peckham Pulse! Is the soft play area open all the time (i.e. can you just turn up?) thanks for the tip!

the soft play at the pulse is open 8-5. You pay just over a quid for an hour, with sessions starting on the hour. There's also a soft play centre at Surrey Quays, if that's convenient for you.
