What do you do in Strasbourg on a Tuesday evening?

DH has a work trip coming up. He's got one spare evening. 5pm ish onwards. With a couple of colleagues.

What should they do?

I work out is Stras quite a bit. It is a very pretty town with some lovely restaurants. TBH I would just wonder round the town, have a beer and book a nice restaurant.

La Gavroche has lovely food (but is a bit romantic). Le Beurehiesel has a Michelin Star.
