Eurostar

I lived in Northern France when I was young and used to get the Eurostar all the time. I remember it only costing around £30 return.

I've just logged on to look at trains to Paris and can't believe how expensive it is - £300 +. Is this normal?! Am I doing something wrong?

That sounds extremely expensive - I don't think I have ever paid more than about 80 quid return and usually less. Are you trying to book at late notice or at peak times?

Are you booking a return? Singles are often ridiculously expensive....

standard rate return st pancras to paris is about £68 and you can sometimes get even cheaper if you shop around.
