Anyone know of a good classy company who would put together a 4.5 day package to New York for pretty wordly wise couple in 60s??

Amn thinking Christmas present for the parents. Go in Easter. Has NY warmed up by then?

Might be hot - might be blizzard - dodgy weather at easter in NY

May would be more reliable.

Ah really?
Parents live and work abroad so have to figure that in.

Oh what a lovely present, I want to go!

moondog · 05/10/2008 22:56

They have everything they need, have lived abroad for 43 years and been everywhere apart from NYC.

It's unusual but it can happen; DD1 was born in NY on Apr 1, came home from hosp Apr 7, DH had to dig the car out

They live in Saudi so shock might kill 'em.

(Moondog, sorry for biting your head off the other day on my 10yy thread, was a bad day)

Def make it May then, or June, for the nicest weather - or Sept. (Mind you, as they are used to Saudi July-Aug heat won't shock them - but the humidity might!)

Oh good God, it's alright!!!
I was pretty out of order coming in and interfering.
(I love that thread though. Am completely creepy lurker.)
