I have persuaded DS away from a party for his 5th birthday, and promised him a day out... which one do you think is best? Longleat is closest, the other 2 are about 2 hours away.... and he is taking a friend so that might be a bit long.... please help!

Drayton manor- by far the best of the three (having been to all)

Is it OK for a slightly wimpy 5 year old and his 'wife' though?

What time of year are we talking. Have you tried somewhere like Crealy's near Exeter or is that further away? Sorry not sure where you are - only going by fact you are near Longleat. Although overall it doesnt match up to Legoland, Crealy's has rides and indoor stuff if weather isnt so good and I think is good for that age group.
