What are the exact dates of the Summer half-term in the UK this year? I want to book a holiday in Wales in early June, and I think everywhere will be less crowded if we do it during term-time?

It hangs on the bank holiday, Mon 30 May.
Most (if not all) schools are off for the whole of that week.

PS - Love the name btw. My ds1 has just read the first two Hitchhiker's Guide books atm, so I'm being treated to a rendition of all the jokes .. I'd forgotten how good it is.
