Parking at South Terminal Gatwick, I want to park my own car and keep my keys, where?

I've been searching for a car park at Gatwick South Terminal or off site where I park my own car and keep the keys? They all seem to park your car for you? Has anyone experience of this, it worries me that stuff might go missing or car might get damaged?

Any suggestions anyone?

neither the long stay or short stay require you to leave your keys. go to book car park, put in dates, you should get a super deal at the top - they want your keys, the next 2 choices are south terminal long stay and short stay (but you can still stay in it for a couple of weeks)they dont want your keys1
