where can we go in late march that is warm and interesting?

so far suggestions are florida/caribbean neither of which Im that keen on as quite a long flight for a week with what will then be 9 month old.. advice/thoughts welcome as I'm stuck for inspiration

Spain? I once went to Barcelona at the beginning of January and it was like a summer's day in the UK (if you can't remember what that is like; I mean sunny but not really hot)

thats a good thought - would still prob be warm enough to swim if went far enough south..just really dont fancy long flight with baby

North Africa will be warm enough to swim, sit on the beach etc. Flights are about 4 hours iirc, and Tunisia and Morrocco offer something different, culturally, from the European Med countries.
