Early November romantic weekend break in Italy - hotels please.

I'd like a recommendation for a gorgeous romantic comfortable hotel in Venice or Florence... Please.

walked past this one when we were staying outside of florence in june and it looked lovely from outside.

In fact as soon as i was home i had to google it as it looked so nice.
