Inside entertainment within 20 mile radius of Chelmsford, Essex

I'm going to stay with family for a few days but as the weather's supposed to be cold, wet and snowing we want to find something fun to do which won't involve us freezing. The kids are 3, 7 and 9. We'll be in Chelmsford, Essex.

Suggestions please!
